Alt-electro rockers This Burning Age are proud to present Desolation, the third release in their four-EP concept cycle,
due for release September 28th.

Whereas its predecessors, EP1: Supplication, and EP2: Devotion, dealt with love and sex, albeit the broken, twisted and destructive kind, EP3 marks the start of the second half of the cycle, and Desolation is a three track meditation on
death and the human condition. Inspired equally by art-rock and the poetry of lyric writing, Desolation is another
milestone on their widely-acclaimed journey.

From the throat-ripping, relentless aggression of opener, ‘Tatterdemalion’ to the anthem for the disconnected and
disenfranchised, ‘Drown in Silence’ and finishing with their lead track, the darkly shimmering, ‘Ab Aeterno (From
Forever)’, Desolation is a powerful start to the final half of their ambitious cycle.

With the exception of production, the entirety of the four-EP project is set to be completed in-house, from artwork to
distribution to managing the record label, the band's own. And brace yourselves for the band’s upcoming music
videos for ‘Ab Aeterno (From Forever)’ and ‘There Is No Hope Except For That Which You Give Me’ from EP2.
